1. Program overview
Clean Air Pros LLC ("Clean Air Pros," "we," "us," or "our") operates a text messaging program that keeps you informed about your air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, or related service appointment. These SMS Terms and Conditions govern your participation in that program.
Our text messages are sent through our scheduling and customer management platform, Thryv. The program is service-related: we use it to coordinate your appointment, share your quote, and confirm payment. It is not a marketing or promotional blast list.
2. How you sign up
There are three ways you may join our text messaging program, and each one requires your affirmative consent:
- Online scheduling. When you book through our online scheduler, you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages about your appointment.
- By phone. When you call (614) 924-0003, a Clean Air Pros representative collects your contact information while scheduling and asks whether you would like appointment updates by text.
- Website quote form. When you request an estimate on ohioductcleaning.com, you may check the optional box agreeing to receive text messages at the number you provide.
Consent is never required to buy anything. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to request an estimate, schedule service, or hire Clean Air Pros. If you prefer, we will contact you by phone or email instead.
Only the person who owns or is the authorized user of the mobile number may opt in. Please do not provide someone else's number without their permission.
3. What messages you'll receive
Messages relate directly to the service you requested. In a typical job, these include:
- Confirmation that your appointment has been scheduled
- A reminder shortly before your technician arrives
- Your invoice or proposed job cost
- Confirmation of the price you approved
- Confirmation that payment was received
You may also receive replies from our team if you text us a question, and follow-up messages if a balance remains open after your service is complete.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. On a typical job you can expect approximately 5–6 messages. The number may be higher if you text us questions, if your appointment is rescheduled, or if an invoice remains unpaid after service is completed.
5. Cost
Clean Air Pros does not charge you for these messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Check with your wireless carrier if you are unsure about the charges associated with text messages on your plan.
6. How to stop messages
You can opt out at any time, at no cost.

After you opt out, we will still need to reach you about an active appointment. We will contact you by phone or email instead. To rejoin the text program later, just let us know or opt in again when you schedule your next service.

8. Carriers and delivery
Our text messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket Wireless, among others. Carrier support may change without notice.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and to network availability. We cannot guarantee that every message will arrive.
9. Privacy
Your mobile number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the service providers that help us deliver the messages themselves.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to participate in the program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
