2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- When you request an estimate on our website: your name, phone number, home address, email address, number of vents, and furnace location.
- When you schedule online or by phone: your name, service address, phone number, email address, appointment details, and the service you requested.
- When you pay for service: billing details necessary to process your payment. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our website.
- When you contact us: the contents of your call, email, or text message.
Information we create while serving you
- Before-and-after photographs of the ductwork in your home, taken by your technician as documentation of the work performed.
- Service records, quotes, invoices, and notes about the work completed at your property.
Information collected automatically
- Standard web server information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view on our site.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Prepare and send you an estimate
- Schedule, confirm, and perform your service appointment
- Send you before-and-after photos of your ductwork
- Invoice you and process payment
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support
- Maintain records of work performed at your property
- Improve our website and understand which pages are useful to visitors
- Comply with legal, tax, and insurance obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Text messaging and your mobile number
If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile number to send you service-related updates about your appointment. The full terms of that program are in our SMS Terms and Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that help us deliver those messages on our behalf. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.
5. How we share information
We share your information only in these situations:
- Service providers who work on our behalf. These include our scheduling and customer management platform (Thryv), our website form provider (Formspree), our website host (Netlify), and our payment processor. They may only use your information to perform services for us.
- When you ask us to. For example, if you ask us to send documentation to your landlord, property manager, HOA, or insurer.
- Legal requirements. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Clean Air Pros, our customers, or the public.
- Business transfer. If Clean Air Pros is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone for their own marketing.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the site function and to understand how visitors use it. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
Our website does not currently run any analytics, advertising, or call-tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta Pixel, or similar tools.
Our web host records standard server access information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — as part of delivering the site. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this Policy and name them here.
Do Not Track: our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
7. How long we keep information
We keep service records, invoices, and job documentation for as long as needed to serve you, to support any warranty or dispute, and to meet our tax, accounting, and insurance obligations.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide and support the services you requested, maintain your service history for future visits and warranty claims, comply with our tax, insurance, legal, and regulatory obligations, and resolve any disputes.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we securely delete or destroy it. You may request deletion of your information as described below, subject to our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
8. Your choices and rights
- Access or correction. You may ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Deletion. You may ask us to delete your information. We may need to keep certain records to meet legal or tax obligations.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message, or call or email us.
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any non-transactional email, or contact us directly.
- Photographs. You may ask us not to use photos from your home for any purpose beyond your own service documentation.

9. Children's privacy
Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. Our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
