Your home has an old HVAC system
An old HVAC system, without regular deep-cleanings, collects a lot of dirt and debris over time, and can affect its performance and drive up energy bills
You recently moved or had a remodel
Whether you plan to, have recently moved, or have undergone a home remodel, we recommend cleaning the air ducts. Believe it or not, even a newly-built home collects dust in the HVAC system. Let us remove the drywall, dust, and other construction debris and contaminants from your air
You own pets
Cuddly and full of love, but their hair and dander is collected in air vents and can contribute to allergies
Indoor smoking
Cigarette smoke seeps into your vents and air ducts. Every time you switch on the A/C or the furnace, those chemicals and odors are recirculated inside your home
Allergies or respiratory problems
Unlike chemical and food allergens, most indoor allergens are airborne, and they spread via the air ducts. When your A/C or heat is on, it spreads these allergens throughout your entire home
Viruses/bacteria
From COVID to the common cold, ensuring your home has clean, filtered air moving efficiently is a great way to prevent the spread of disease

Our Process
Job Quote:
We will provide a free written estimate based on the specific needs of your home.
Set Up & Protect:
Before we begin, we make sure your floors, doorways, and corners are protected against scuff marks and dirt. We also seal all supply registers and return vents with plastic.
Hose Hook Up
We attach our 160lb 2500 CFM Nikro negative air 99.97% HEPA vacuum to the main lines to pull the dirt and contaminants out of your HVAC system.
Supply Air Lines
We target each duct individually to break up the dirt in the system and make sure each area is cleaned completely. With the help of our 300 PSI compressed air and 575 RPM rotating brush system, dirt and debris in each duct is pushed through to the main lines connected to our HEPA vacuum
Cold Air Returns
After cleaning the supply lines, we continue with the cold air returns, carefully and thoroughly cleaning each line individually.
Main Trunk Lines
Once the dirt is collected in the lines, we force it towards the HEPA vacuum using our compressed air.
Hand Cleaning
We hand-clean all register covers and boots with natural cleaning supplies.
Fogger sanitizer and deodorizer
We utilize a fogger system to deploy sanitizer and deodorizer in each vent line, killing bacteria
Furnace Cleaning
To ensure all debris has been removed, we air-clean the furnace blower and filter areas.
Clean Up
Finally, we seal up our entry points and replace access panels. Our technicians ensure all debris has been cleaned so you won't even know we were there

Is your current air filter not working like it should? Your air filter should be getting dirty, which means it is working like it should and is removing the dirt and debris from the air before it's circulated around your home. If you find you need to dust often, you may need a more efficient air filter to get the most out of your system. Our team of professionals can offer recommendations to upgrade your HVAC air filtration system, including an electrostatic air filter.
