A third-generation Columbus bakery — a name that has fed this city for over 50 years and still does — found us online when other companies couldn't figure out how to quote the job. Any cleaning crew had to work around a live, operating kitchen without disrupting production, without cross-contaminating product areas, and without putting their newly installed commercial HVAC unit at risk.
